Commentary
Not previously published. Autopsied by TIR on 14th October 2015.
Inscribed on the narrow bottom of the beaker, the tops of the characters pointing away from the foot. Only the upper tips of the characters are left, but those are well visible. The sequence may be surmised by comparison with the Bostel material. The sequence is most probably a local workman's mark. Cp. AS-19.2, AS-20, AS-21 and AS-22, and the other instance on the present object. The part of the bottom on the opposite, where the sequence may have been repeated a second time, is missing.
