Length 9.8 cm all in all. The inscription is well legible, but displays a curious layout: The writer started at the thinner end of the rod, and finished writing (2.3 cm). He then resumed writing, after turning the rod, at the broader end, finishing the inscription (6.5 cm) at 0.9 cm from the last letter of part 1. The separator, particularly broad and pronounced, may be assumed to have been added afterwards. While the reason for this proceeding remain obscure (maybe the writer originally left out the individual name, then added it in a way that suggests it ought to go in front?), the text itself is transparent: a Raetic name formula in the pertinentive in combination with a verbal form in -ku, followed here by tianus, which most likely represents the name of the benefactor of the gift in the genitive.
