The characters are well discernible. {{c||Θ}}{{c||I}}{{c||Χ3}}{{c||I}}{{c||Θ}} on the perforated end is followed by an asterisk {{c||symbol2}} between two short strokes on each side; then some criss-crossing lines (see drawing).
