The writing direction is debatable, but a sinistroverse reading is more probable not only statistically, but also because inscriptions on this type of handle are generally written as seen from the internal side (compare [[index::SZ-35]]).<br>The object bears [[index::SZ-37.2|another, identical inscription]].
