Commentary
Attested only once; for the soundness of the reading see NO-7. The sequence can be identified with the name Bauso attested in Northern Italy (Arsago, CIL V 5537) and Caranthania (CIL III 4888, 4889) (Schumacher 1998: 94). The origin of the name is unclear.
