Commentary

Not previously published. Autopsied by TIR in October 2014.

Length 2.6 cm, well legible despite the surface damage. The lines are of unequal thickness. The third character consists in a hasta and a bar line d 20 s; the short vertical line at the top, slightly to the left of the hasta, can be interpreted as part of the hasta (most of the longer lines in the inscription appear to be made up of multiple segments), or be combined with the bar to form a lopsided arrow tip. In either case, the form is obscure – possibly an individual name?
