Formerly HU-2 – the inscription was republished by Mancini as one of unknown provenance.
The scratches can be arranged to read ua or uiθ – the black inlay is misleading, as it does not fill the scratches completely. Probably non-script. See here for a discussion of possible interpretations of inscriptions with doubtful status.
