Commentary

Length about 3 cm. The first character is probably , though the last bar is decidedly curving inwards. The next character is read by Marinetti; only the angle is well visible, the traces above it are very faint. In the area to the left, the surface is even more heavily damaged; Marinetti reads , which is possible, but doubtful.
