The two remaining sides are broken off and may have held similar marks. Clearly non-script; see [[index::Non-script notational systems]] for a discussion of possible interpretations of inscriptions with doubtful status. In line 2, the cross-shapes are symmetrically lopsided, making the arrangement reminiscent of the asterisk symbol in one of its many variants (e.g., {{c||symbol5}}). | ||
