The orientation of the inscription is ambiguous - either or is written upside-down. Above representation chooses the sinistroverse reading with straight ; compare BZ-2 for another inscription with which might be read dextroverse with upside-down (and straight ). Das von Mancini gelesene kann nicht verifiziert werden. Man sieht zwar eine leichte Vertiefung, die wohl zu der Annahme von Mancini geführt hat; diese ist jedoch nicht von der Tiefe wie bei den Buchstaben A N U.
