Commentary

First published in LIR. Autopsied by TIR in November 2013.

Pictures in Nothdurfter 1979: 100 (327) (drawing) and LIR (drawing).

Inscription length 3.4 cm. Crudely executed with several strokes repeated. The exact shape of the first letter cannot be made out due to corrosion, but the reading þine is supported by the same inscription occurring in the same place on another iron farming implement.
