Length 4 cm. The reading {{w||śe}} is improbable: The fourth stroke of the right-hand sign is oblique, a projection towards the small stroke below would have to be curved. While there is an omphalos in between, carving over it should not have posed a problem. However, traces of such a projection might just be divined. In any case, the "punctuation mark" may not be intentional – comparing it to the rest of the inscription is impossible due to a black inlay in the letters.

Commentary

First published in IR. Autopsied by TIR in November 2013.

Pictures in IR (photo tav. LI, fig. b and drawing = LIR).

Length 4 cm. The reading śe is improbable: The fourth stroke of the right-hand sign is oblique, a projection towards the small stroke below would have to be curved. While there is an omphalos in between, carving over it should not have posed a problem. However, traces of such a projection might just be divined. In any case, the "punctuation mark" may not be intentional – comparing it to the rest of the inscription is impossible due to a black inlay in the letters.
