Commentary

Antler point; lengthwise sawed through; the curved upper side is not worked and therefore rough. One side and one end broken; probably at this end perforated (Mayr 1957c: 426).
Along an inscription from right to left.
Mayr explaines that the antler is preserved at the Castello del Buonconsiglio, monumenti e collezioni provinciali but untraceable in his day (Mayr 1957c: 426).
