Commentary

Between the two upper (or lower) strokes of the Andreaskreuz, an additional straight little stroke (compare ...), leading Mayr to read ... in spite of wrongly orientated R s. Both the stroke closest to the tip of the horn and the triangle which might be read as R s are connected to the two oblique strokes of the Andreaskreuz in three of four places. Probably non-script or pseudo-script.

On the reverse side right before the breaking edge more scratches, probably of a zig-zag ornament (see drawing).
