Commentary

First published in Schumacher 1992.
Pictures in Schaaff 1974 (s. Objekt)?, Schumacher 2004: Taf. 1,2 and 1,3 (drawings) and LIR (drawings).
Very faint traces on the neck-guard. E s is comparatively well legible. It is followed by the upper parts of probably two letters (see drawing), then what can only be the four tips of Θ s. The inscription may have been longer, but no further traces can be detected. The signs on the other side of the neck-guard are a discrete inscription.
