Commentary
First published in Franz 1959: 229 (C. 2). Autopsied by TIR in November 2013.
Only the upper or lower part of the inscription is left: two strokes, a chevron and probably two more strokes. Franz read iiθi, ignoring the leftmost trace, with and very close to each other - if letters, would be a more likely conjecture. Compare, however, BZ-20. See here for a discussion of possible interpretations of inscriptions with doubtful status.
