Commentary
Raetic individual name in the genitive; the name is also attested in the pertinentive case. On the spelling of the dental stop with Zeta see Script. Possibly corresponding to Etruscan velθur – but how to reconcile the anlaut? Cp. φelna and see The Raetic language for a discussion.
