First published in PID. Autopsied by TIR in November 2013.

Length 7.1 cm. Hardly legible due to corrosion. At what is probably the end of the inscription, an asterisk . Whatmough, who saw the inscription in 1923, read (dextroverse) kuθ[. Compare SZ-65.1 / SZ-65.2 and SZ-75.
