While the strokes referred to could be detected on the heavily corroded object after a prolonged examination, the readings could not be verified. | |||

Commentary
First published in PID. Autopsied by TIR in November 2013.
Whatmough discerned "letters not easy to read" in three different places: χiukui[, three short vertical strokes "on the other side", and "below, where the rust has peeled off" ]un[. While the strokes referred to could be detected on the heavily corroded object after a prolonged examination, the readings could not be verified.
