First published in Pellegrini 1915: 121. Lost.
According to Pellegrini, written "sul corpo" of the cup, and identical to the mark on a bone needle from (, with drawing) – hence PID's reading . Cp. and for dubious scratchings on the walls of cups.

Commentary

First published in Pellegrini 1915: 121. Lost.

According to Pellegrini, written "sul corpo" of the cup, and identical to the mark on a bone needle from Bostel (AS-12, with drawing) – hence Whatmough's reading θi. Cp. EX-95 and EX-96 for dubious scratchings on the walls of cups.
