Commentary

Potsherd of a bowl.
Fine clay of brown in colour with a moderate temper of fine grained sand and cast gold; burnished; reduced firing.
On a strongly domed belly a curved funnel-shaped rim.
No further decorations.
On the bottom remains of an inscription.
