The heavily eroded remains of an inscription running vertically from the foot of the rock upwards, slightly to the right of the centre of the rock wall, immediately to the right of UG-3.1. The most clearly visible part is the frame lines, both about 45 cm in length. As concerns the characters, only traces are left, but UG-3.2 is the best preserved inscription on the rock wall. A fairly unambiguous can be seen right between the upper ends of the frame lines, possibly followed by a frame line marking the end of the inscription.
