Mancini tentatively reads I sA sΘ s tai, but while A s is fairly obvious, the rightmost sign is an asterisk 100 s, and the single stroke to the left is short and oblique. The signs are probably non-script. Compare the inscriptions SZ-62, SZ-76.1 and SZ-76.2, with A s in the middle, in the same place on axe heads, as well as the signs on SZ-93 axe (non-script).
