A reading iiv (or E sI sI s iie with the uppermost bar broken away) is possible, but the scratches are most probably ornamental: The vertical lines seem to be repeated on the more heavily damaged other end, and are also found on SZ-22 antler; the oblique scratches may be intended to be script-like.
