If sinistroverse, the orientation of {{c|S||d}} is unusual. The short strokes of {{c|I}} are due to the curvature of the handle.
Length 1.8 cm. The orientation of {{c|S||d}} is unusual; the short stroke of {{c|I}} is probably due to the curvature of the handle. Compare the almost identical inscription [[index::SZ-38]] on an iron knife – a manufacturer's mark?
 
Compare the identical inscription [[index::SZ-38]] on an iron sword. Possibly a factory mark in the [[index::Pertinentive]] -{{m||si}}, with the manufacturer's name shortened ({{w||sχ}}) ({{bib|Schumacher 2004}}: 299 f.).
