Embossed with a broad chisel on the rim of the situla, which bears [[index::BZ-7.1|the same character twice]]. In both cases, the rim is broken on the left side of the character (seen from without); in this instance, the metal is also torn along the two rightmost short strokes under the chevron. Compare [[index::BZ-8]]. Probably a manufacturer's mark.

Picture in Wieser 1891: 315 (drawing), MLR (photo).

Embossed with a broad chisel on the rim of the situla, which bears the same character twice. In both cases, the rim is broken on the left side of the character (seen from without); in this instance, the metal is also torn along the two rightmost short strokes under the chevron. Compare BZ-8. Probably a manufacturer's mark.
